Last night the ABC Magazine program 20/20 reported on abuses in the Palmer Drug Abuse Program PADAP headquarted in Houston. Well today Bob Meehan, the founder and leader of PADAP was removed from his job by the Board of Directors but Meehan will stay on as a consultant.
